Teaching Assistance Program 2026 Officially Launched at SMPN 13 Banjarmasin
Banjarmasin, January 22, 2026 — The Teaching Assistance Program (Asistensi Mengajar/AM) 2026 was officially launched on Friday, January 22, 2026, at the Science Laboratory Room of SMP Negeri 13 Banjarmasin. The activity began at 1:30 p.m. WITA and was attended by the school principal and vice principals, the field coordinator lecturer, as well as supervising teachers who will guide the students throughout the teaching assistance program.
The event opened with a formal welcome by the Master of Ceremony (MC), who greeted and acknowledged all invited guests in attendance. The program officially commenced with the recitation of basmalah as a sign of the beginning of the Teaching Assistance Program 2026. All participants were then invited to stand and sing the Indonesian national anthem, Indonesia Raya, as an expression of nationalism and respect for the nation. Afterward, participants were seated, and the event continued with a series of speeches.
The first speech was delivered by the Chair of the Teaching Assistance Program at SMP Negeri 13 Banjarmasin, who presented a brief report and expressed hopes for the smooth implementation of the program and its benefits for both students and the school. The next speech was delivered by the Field Coordinator Lecturer, who provided guidance, motivation, and emphasized the roles and responsibilities of students during their teaching assistance activities at the school. This was followed by a speech from the Vice Principal for Student Affairs of SMP Negeri 13 Banjarmasin, who welcomed the students and expressed expectations for positive collaboration between the students and the entire school community. The final speech was delivered by the Principal of SMP Negeri 13 Banjarmasin, who officially accepted the teaching assistance students to carry out their activities within the school environment.
The next agenda was the introduction session of supervising teachers and teaching assistance students. The session began with introductions from the supervising teachers who will mentor the students throughout the program, followed by introductions from teaching assistance students representing various study programs, namely Social Studies Education, Mathematics Education, Pancasila and Civic Education, Performing Arts Education, and Computer Science Education.
After all introduction sessions were completed, the event continued with a joint photo session as official documentation of the Teaching Assistance Program 2026. All participants were guided by the documentation team to take their designated positions. The event concluded with closing remarks from the MC, who expressed gratitude to all parties involved in supporting the successful implementation of the program. The Teaching Assistance Program 2026 at SMP Negeri 13 Banjarmasin officially concluded with the hope that its implementation will run smoothly and provide positive contributions to the field of education.
