Banjarbaru, March 16, 2025 – In celebration of Eid al-Fitr 1446 H, the Social Science Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) continued its annual tradition of delivering Eid gift packages as a gesture of appreciation and goodwill toward its lecturers. This initiative aims to strengthen academic community bonds and foster a sense of family within the institution.
Honoring Lecturers’ Dedication Through Togetherness
The delivery began in the morning at the residence of Prof. Dr. Drs. Ersis Warmansyah Abbas, BA, M.Pd., located in Komplek Kelapa Gading Permai, Jalan Tunjung Maya Blok E No. 1, Sungai Besar, Banjarbaru Selatan, Banjarbaru. The next stops were the homes of Prof. Dr. Drs. Bambang Subiyakto, M.Hum., at Komplek Kelapa Gading 3 No. 69, and Dr. Syaharuddin, S.Pd., MA., at Komplek Mustika Graha Asri, Loktabat Utara, Banjarbaru Utara, Banjarbaru.
After completing the Banjarbaru deliveries, the team continued to Banjarmasin. The first stop was the residence of Prof. Dr. Deasy Arisanty, S.Si., M.Sc., in Komplek Handil Bakti Indah, Berangas Timur, Alalak. The journey proceeded to the home of Prof. Dr. Drs. Herry Porda Nugroho Putro, M.Pd., in Komplek Herlina Perkasa III, Alalak Utara, Banjarmasin Utara, and concluded at Dr. Mohamad Zaenal Arifin Anis, M.Hum., in Komplek Meranti, Jalan Meranti X No. 5, Alalak Utara, Banjarmasin Utara.
Parcel Distribution for Young Lecturers
The parcel distribution continued on March 20-21, 2025, focusing on young lecturers. The first delivery was made to Rusmaniah, S.Pd., M.Pd., in Perdagangan Permai 1, Banjarmasin Utara, followed by M. Ridha Ilhami, S.Pd., M.Pd., in Hikmah Banua Street, and Dr. Mutiani, S.Pd., M.Pd., in Rahayu Complex, Banjarmasin Timur.
Subsequent deliveries were made to Jumriani, S.Pd., M.Pd., in Mahligai Sejahtera Complex, then to Raihanah Sari, S.Pd., M.Pd., in Bumi Intan Bastari Complex, Banjar Regency. The team also visited Sigit Triyono, S.Pd., M.Pd., in Mitra Semangat Complex, Alalak, Batola Regency, and Syarifuddin, S.Pd., M.Pd., in Grand Purnama 2 Complex, Barito Kuala.
The distribution continued to the residence of Fatwa Nur’aini, S.Pd., M.Pd., in Kayu Tangi 2, followed by Sovia Husni Rahmia, S.Pd., M.Pd.. The team then proceeded to Dhimas Pratama Nindya Putra Sari, S.Kom., in Guntung Paikat, Banjarbaru. The event concluded with the final parcel delivery to Rusli, S.Pd., at the Department of Social Studies Education FKIP ULM office.
The Head of the Department of Social Studies Education FKIP ULM emphasized that this activity serves as an expression of appreciation and respect for lecturers’ contributions to academia.
“We hope this event not only symbolizes togetherness but also strengthens the bond between lecturers and the entire academic community of the Social Studies Education Department.”
With the success of this initiative, it is expected that the tradition of sharing and strengthening ties will continue in the years to come, reflecting the values of solidarity that define the academic identity of the Social Studies Education Department at FKIP ULM.
