Academic Leave Procedure

Make a letter independently on behalf of yourself and submit a complete academic leave application letter by explaining the leave information for the semester (for example, Odd Semester Leave 2021/2022) known by the Academic Advisor and Study Program Coordinator by attaching:

  1. Latest academic transcript

  2. Student Identity Card (KTM)

The application letter attached to the requirements is submitted to the Dean of FKIP ULM through the Online correspondence system through the e-office.fkip.ulm.ac.id  For TEMPLATE LETTER EXAMPLE can be downloaded here or you can also use the following link (AFTER SUBMIT MUST CONFIRM TO OPERATOR), and if after leave the student concerned wants to continue (active again), please submit a Reactive Application letter at the following link.
