Celebrating Creativity and Cultural Values

The Department of Social Science Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM), held the Pekan Kreativitas Semarak and Grand Final of KOMPAS IPS 2026 on Friday, September 11, 2026. The event carried the theme “Cultivating Character Through Culture: Empowering the Young Generation Through Ethnopedagogy for Sustainability.”

The event was attended by 10 KOMPAS IPS 2026 finalists, accompanied by their respective teachers. Their presence contributed to the lively atmosphere of the event while providing an opportunity to promote cultural values, character development, creativity, and ethnopedagogy.

Grand Final of KOMPAS IPS 2026

The Grand Final of KOMPAS IPS 2026 brought together 10 finalists and their accompanying teachers as part of the Social Science Education activities. The event provided an opportunity for participants to take part in an educational and cultural gathering that highlighted character, creativity, and cultural values.

Students from the 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 cohorts participated by presenting performances prepared specifically to enliven the event.
