Banjarmasin, December 15, 2025 — Students of the Social Science Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM), cohort 2023, successfully organized a Learning Media Exhibition held at Tumpang Lima Courtyard, FKIP ULM. The event was met with high enthusiasm from students, lecturers, and visitors.
The exhibition carried the theme “Educraft Expo: Unlimited Creativity, One Creation for Togetherness,” reflecting the spirit of collaboration, innovation, and creativity in developing engaging and educational Social Science learning media. Various innovative works were presented, including visual media, interactive media, and game-based educational tools designed to enhance classroom learning experiences.
The event was officially opened by Ms. Rusmaniah, M.Pd., and Ms. Sovia Husni Rahmia, M.Pd., lecturers of the Learning Media course. In their remarks, they expressed appreciation for the students’ creativity and dedication in producing works that are not only innovative but also relevant to the needs of school-based learning.
This exhibition marked a significant milestone as the first Learning Media Exhibition organized by the Department of Social Science Education, particularly within the Learning Media course. The activity served as a platform for students to present tangible outcomes of their learning process while strengthening creative thinking, teamwork, communication skills, and competencies in designing contextual and student-friendly instructional media.
The exhibition booths were attractively arranged, with each student group explaining the concepts, objectives, and practical applications of their developed learning media to visitors. Demonstrations were conducted to show how the media could be effectively implemented in teaching and learning activities.
Through this activity, students not only enhanced their skills in designing instructional media but also cultivated a sense of collaboration and professional responsibility as prospective educators. The Learning Media Exhibition is expected to become a sustainable academic agenda that supports continuous improvement in instructional quality within the Department of Social Science Education FKIP ULM.
